SYKM950 High Speed Flexo Printing Slotting Die-cutting Machine

4. The main drive roller adopt keyless connect, decrease the connection gap, guarantee the printing presicion.
5. Lubricate oil automatic balance device, keep the equal oil level in each unit.
6. The machine adopt PLC control, with “automatic zero return” and “memories” function.
7. Use lead edge feeder for feed the cardboard.
Function of feed unit:
1. Adopt lead edge feeder, Wind absorbing auxiliary paperboard feeding, can make the cardboard feed favoringly. The volume of the wind can be adjusted accord the camber of the paperboard.
2. Start protecting device of the main motor,when the machine-platform not been locked,the main motor can not running
3. Continuous and skip cardboard feeding, counting device is install.
4. Double rubber rollers for feeding,the rubber roller have slot for prevent the overlarge pressure.
5. The feeding roller is rubber with cylinder cushioning device, precise feeding, will not destroy the hardness of the cardboard when the feeding space is small.
6. The side baffles adopt electrical control with data display.(here can add automatic pneumatic aligning device),the back baffle box adopt electrical adjustment ,the front baffles space is synchronous manual adjustment.
7. Brush dust-removal equipment with dust-absorption blower. Can adjust the wind volume accord the cardboard size.
8. Each unit is electric moving left and right with warning bell. make sure the operator safe.
9. Electronic counter be used for setup the production quantity,when complete the production quantity,automatic warning.(if chose the touch screen control,the touch screen will display the production quatity.)
Function of the printing unit:
1. The printing roller adopt without gap roller, surface is treated by lapping finish,after balance correct and hard chrome plating, smooth in operation.
2. Quickly change printing plate device,foot switch for electric control the printing roller’s clockwise and anticlockwise running.
3. The feed roller,press roller,rubber roller and anilox roller space adjustment all adopt self-locking structure.
4. The phase of the printing roller adopt PLC and electric 360°adjust, accord the error to input the adjust data,can be adjusted while the machine running or stop.
5. The horizontal direction moving of the printing roller adopt PLC and electric adjustment,accord the error to input the adjust data.the adjust scope is ±10mm.
6. The phase fix device adopt cylinder brake, when the unit is opened and washing, the cylinder brake device will brake all the units rolling running and keep the original location of the gears.
7. The automatic Pneumatic control Up and down device of the anilox roller is synchronous with the cardboard feeding system.(when the cardboard is fed,the anilox roller of each printing unit will automatic orderly go down.when stop feeding,the anilox roller will automatic orderly go up.)
8. Pneumatic membrane pump inking,automatic circle,water washing.
9. With “clean printing plate memory” function,after washing the printing plate,the printing roller will running back to the original printing position.
Function of the slotting unit:
1. With pre-creasing wheels for prevent the cardboard rupture while creasing.
2. Single roller with double knives slotting,the height of the carton adopt PLC and electric input data adjustment.(PLC with touch screen adjustment as an option)
3. The phase of the slotting unit adopt PLC and electric 360°adjust, accord the error to input the adjust data,can be adjusted while the machine running or stop.(PLC with touch screen adjustment as an option)
4. The slotting knives and the creasing wheels horizontal moving adopt electric synchronous adjustment.(PLC with touch screen adjustment as an option,input the size of the carton into the touch screen,will automatic adjusting).
5. Creasing space and knife roller space adjustment adopt self-locking structure.
6. The carton height adjustment have a anticollision device for the slotting knives,will not destroy the machine.
7. An anticollision device is used while the slotting knife plate horizontal moving.( Electronic formula)
8. The slotting knives is sawtooth, adopt alloy steel material and after heat treatment and grinded, more hardwearing and sharp-edged. Two-piece type cutting knives, sharp-edged and high precision.
9. The hole and handle hole die as an option.
Function of the die-cutting unit:
1. the rubber roller adopt mechanical control the position move left and right.The movement distance is 40mm.
2. The phase of the die-cutting unit adopt PLC and electric 360°adjust, accord the error to input the adjust data,can be adjusted while the machine running or stop.(PLC with touch screen adjustment as an option)
3. The horizontal moving of the die roller adopt PLC and electric adjustment,input the adjust data accord the error,adjusting distance is 10mm.(PLC with touch screen adjustment as an option)
4. The space adjustment between rubber roller and die roller adopt self-locking structure,with cylinder big scope quickly adjust,decrease the rubber wear,increase the rubber life.
5. The space adjustment between the feed rollers adopt self-locking structure.
6. The unique speed compensation device can make the rubber roller rolling running with the die roller,make the surface speed of the rubber cushion is completely controlled by the die roller, the shape of the carton sheet will absolutely equal to the die pattern.
7. There is a rubber repair device with the machine,the rubber can be used after being repaired.
